The Loaves and Fishes - Weekender Program for Students (WP4S) assists local elementary and secondary level students who live with food insecurity. The WP4S program is designed specifically to support students enrolled in the program by providing assistance every weekend during the school year. The Program has been operational for 11 years now. Previously, the Program was associated with the St. Vincent de Paul Society of Brockville and recently joined with Loaves and Fishes. Currently, with almost 400 students registered, the main goal of this partnership is to assist local children and teens who live with food insecurity by helping make their weekends easier.
