Rotary Brockville’s Canada Day Sign Campaign – A Celebration of Canadian Pride

In 2025, as Canada embraced the message of Canada Strong, communities across the country proudly shared their national spirit. Many rallied around the “elbows up” mantra and displayed their pride in our great nation with enthusiasm and unity.

Rotary Brockville was inspired to help extend that spirit locally through a special initiative — the Canada Day Sign Campaign. Residents were invited to showcase their Canadian pride with lawn signs bearing the messages “Proudly Canadian” and “Canada Proud.”

The response was overwhelming. Nearly 1,500 signs were sold, spreading far beyond Brockville’s borders. Orders came from across Ontario, other Canadian provinces, and even from Canadians living abroad in countries such as Germany and Australia.

We extend our heartfelt thanks to everyone who supported and celebrated this campaign with us.

Looking ahead, Rotary Brockville is excited to announce that the Canada Day Sign Campaign will return in 2026! Watch for announcements in late spring 2026 for your chance to once again display your Canadian pride.

Thank you for helping us celebrate what it means to be truly Canadian.
